Sailing trip
Gliding over the waves of the Mediterranean Sea while you enjoy the sailing boat is an unforgettable experience. That is why, alongside Empuriabrava Sailing Cruisers, you can enjoy a beautiful sailing excursion.
- The activity offers 3 different options:
Relax Sailing
Enjoy 3 h 30’ on board a 12‑meter sailing cruiser. You will depart from the port of Empuriabrava towards Cala Rustella, a magnificent small beach between Cap Norfeu and Punta Falconera.
Once there, you can take a swim in the waters of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, snorkel or do whatever you feel like, and enjoy a snack.
You will return sailing by sail back to Empuriabrava crossing the beautiful Bay of Roses.
Minimum 2 people.
Relax Sailing Plus ‒ full day
Enjoy 5 h on board a 12‑meter sailing cruiser. You will depart from the port of Empuriabrava towards Cala Rustella, a magnificent small beach between Cap Norfeu and Punta Falconera.
Once there, you can take a swim in the waters of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, snorkel or do whatever you feel like, and enjoy a snack.
You will return sailing by sail back to Empuriabrava crossing the beautiful Bay of Roses.

Sunset Sailing ‒ sunset + Cava (2‑h departure)
Can you think of a better way to enjoy the sunset in the middle of the Bay of Roses aboard a sailing boat and with a glass of cava?
You will depart from the Marina and witness the magical light of the sunset, hiding behind the Empordà plains.
Minimum 2 people.
Sup Yoga & Sunrise Sailing ‒ sunrise cruise + sup yoga + breakfast
A unique experience! At dawn, sailing toward the horizon or toward a cove, and awakening body and mind with a yoga session on the paddle‑board in the middle of the sea.
After exercising and to recharge your energies, you’ll enjoy breakfast on board the sailing boat.
Minimum 4 people.
Scuba diving
Venture out and discover the wonders hidden beneath the rich waters of Cap de Creus or the Medes Islands.
Roses Sub is a professional centre with 30 years of experience that will make you enjoy 100% of this unique activity. «Pepita», the boat of the centre, have 14 metres long and is specially equipped for diving.
Its great amplitude and capacity will allow you to equip yourself in a totally comfortable way.
Roses Sub offers a variety of proposals to adapt to the level of each client:
• Initiation courses: Baptism (DSD), Open Water Diver.
• Continuing Education: Advanced OWD, Rescue Diver + EFR, Dive Master.
• Specialties: Nitrox, Buoyancy, Honda, Dry Dress.
